Experienced, certified, environmental consulting
- Hazardous materials pre-purchase, pre-renovation, and pre-demolition survey assessments that satisfy WorkSafeBC regulatory requirements and building and demolition permit needs for building owners and homeowners.
- Hazardous material inventories and complete room-by-room material management programs for building/facility owners, operators, and employers with single or multiple sites, satisfying current WorkSafeBC requirements.
- Hazardous materials characterization prior to disposal as required by municipally operated landfill and recycling facilities, in accordance with all applicable regulatory requirements.
- Survey assessments for asbestos; lead-containing materials including paint; mould; silica; mercury; PCB (polychlorinated biphenyls); and ozone-depleting substances.
- Preparation of WorkSafe BC compliant technical reports and supporting documentation for all survey assessment and project management activities undertaken by Sphere Environmental, including risk assessments, exposure control plans, safe work procedures, and project-related reports and other documentation.
- Asbestos and lead awareness training for client service employees, management staff, and building occupants as required to achieve WorkSafeBC compliance.
- Design and Documentation: We prepare comprehensive tender packages and specifications to ensure bidders have a clear understanding of the project scope and contractual requirements.
- Project Coordination: We facilitate all stakeholder meetings to ensure the work is executed accurately, on schedule, and within budget.
- WorkSafe BC compliant site inspections of abatement projects, and necessary air monitoring and reporting requirements.
